They take all their time. when it's a out of print dvd they always say that they're waiting the stock from the manufacturer, so you can wait a very long time with no news. You'll never know before orderering something if the title is in stock or not, you have to send them an email.

  Ok, i saw that no one have experience with asianscreen, so i ordered 2 titles with them : 1 dvd and 1 vcd : The vcd is awfull so i recommand not to buy vcd : very poor quality and resolution. The dvd is fine, nothing to say about the quality, but i recommand not to buy the dvd marked as &quot;compressed&quot;.

  I had the same problem in the past with them : Not professional at all : very slow reply, no information for the stock, no trace of your order on the site. I have to wait 1 years to receive 1 dvd : a shame!
