  Most of my files are sorted by pornstar/model. For videos and picture-sets, Ill usually include some extra details that would interest me (e.g., lingerie, stockings, anal, squirting, oil, rippling, etc.) in the filename of a video or the directory name of a picture-set.   I'd also recommend against culling. My preferences in porn change a lot, e.g., when I first started watching porn I mostly liked women with natural boobs and hated bolt-ons. About 12 years ago, I signed up to Score because I figured they were a well-known, respectable company and that was a good experience. Since then, I haven't had issues with any other sites. Maybe, other posters still have memories of bad experiences from the days when pay-sites didn't have much competition and engaged in dark patterns and other unethical practices.
