I found it at the Internet Movie DataBase (IMDB). Unfortunately, it is only for distributors that alphabetically begin with the letter "E".   Thanks, BIGmike, but you're right. I had already checked there. Actually, I thought that Yahoo had just about the best list I had seen anywhere on the Net(at least, I thought it was Yahoo), but I can't find it now. The particular link I am looking for at the moment is for Gentlemen's Video.
