But when I find something interesting to buy ... many merchants still refuse to accept my international Visa classic card, just because "right now we don't accept credit card payment from your region/country" because of high fraud rate I guess.What's politely said to go away ... That is the reply which is given to 9/10 of worlds population. There are Russia, China most Eatern European countries and many other Asian African countries ... wich citizens US merchants don't accpept to pay with Visa credit card. If all these people can't buy, why to blame them for using p2p network instead? RIAA obviously has to accuse merchants first...
