  There's some great advice here, I suppose I just need to get my name out there and write some stuff for the fun of it. An interesting point about getting paid to watch porn. A friend of mine is a trading standards officer and he has been going through literally hundreds of films to check whether the descriptions on the boxes match the film's contents. In the UK we have the Trade Descriptions act which basically means a porn film claims to show double anal, there had damn well be a double anal scene in there. If the company is lying about the content they open themselve up for legal action. This guy is protecting consumers where it matters dammit.

If I write a film review for a national magazine I can get 200-400 depending on the publication. People write film reviews on the internet for free, this doesn't negate the fact that I can still get paid for a film review in the right place. "Start a blog and maybe you can get advertising money from that" I started a fetish blog a few months ago, but have to admit that I'm not the most internet savvy of people. How would I go about getting adverters interested and also increase traffic to my site? My blog focuses on the use of latex in porn, reviewing...

  as a stab in the dark, I'd say it might have something to do with the general state of the world economy and the strength of dollar compared to euro and pound. I used to import my porn for the US, a $30 DVD would work out at around 15, it's now more like 25 which I see as far too expensive. I'm sure that I'm not the only person who's holding back on imported titles. Obviously, this isn't the only reason, but when you consider the state of the wider economy, there are going to small issues like this chipping away at a companies ability to spend the money they would have a few years ago.   Yeah, I think you're right about the authenticity thing. I recently discovered a site called fetishkitsch, they are a genuine couple, they have a laugh and chat to each other during the scenes and are really into each other.
