sorry about the lack of info. didn't want to resort to this as i usually order from others here on the site wihtout any problems. anyway, my order # is AD363968. my order status was updated on 8/1/02 and states that the order was cancelled by me. if so, i would love to see the email or communication to that effect as this is news to me. i have NEVER received any email from action-dvd re: this or any response to my previoud emails.

i placed an order with them on 7/8/02 and 2 of 3 items were shipped 3 days later. however, the last item was never shipped and despite my emails, no reason was given. then today, i check order status on their site, and the order was cancelled! by whom? never received any info. also must have paid 'shipping' on this cancelled order! first and last experience with action-dvd!

well, i finally got my order late last week. the sent me the wrong title on one and substituted 3 lousy samurai titles for an asian title i ordered because it was out of stock. i won't be ordering from them again.

i have had good experiences with all vendors except one recently....dvd mirage. i placed an order on 10/25/01, they billed me on 10/26/01 and i have yet to get my order. what's more, they do not answer my email. has anybody else had similar experiences?
