  Thanks for the advice everyone. I used to use just water and honestly, I think I've gotten to OCD about cleanliness and am trying to flush too much. I've read a lot on here and see that maybe I'm overdoing it. Last week I ate only breakfast then didn't eat the rest of the day. I tried something I read here which was to start about 3 hours before and flush every 20-30 minutes leading up to intercourse. It seemed to work pretty good. I was cleaned out and there was no residual water.

  Hi, I just joined and I've been reading a lot of posts about how Porn Stars prepare for anal scenes. I've noticed a lot of people say that you should only use warm water with your enema and toss the solution. Can someone tell me why that is? I usually use the solution and then fill with warm water until everything comes out clean. A lot of times this works fine, but there are times when no matter what I do, I still get residual water and particles, even during the anal sex, which is gross. There are times when I don't eat from like noon and we have sex at bedtime after 10 and I still am not fully cleaned out. I wish I knew what I was doing wrong... :( K
