  Fed up and disgusted with the so called customer support from adult empire so am looking for an alternative to them Must be able to purchase vod not streams

  Hi there guys can someone please help me I’m after 10 cases for digital playground dvd/combo releases they are the blu ray style cases Two of the release are Jesse Jane room mate and passport (Aletta ocean) on cover I’ve tried 11mm 12mm 12.5mm and 13mm cases and none of these will fit the sleeves they are too long I’ve even tried a case off another digital playground release and that also doesn’t fit either The only “case” that works is a uk 14mm case but surely this cannot be correct as I’ve never known usa releases to use such thick cases Does anyone have any ideas or pictures I can see so I can get “correct” cases for these Edited by - justaguyfromtheuk on Oct 16 2023

  Yeah I’m in the UK I found you need to email there support and they do something behind the scenes and it works then just takes a few hours to get a reply
