  Just saw today at http://www.andrewblake.com that High Heels is now out on DVD. Anyone know now long it takes for the stores that stock Studio A to get copies? Slowly, but surely, Andrew Blake's stuff gets digital. S.

  You might also want to check out the more mainstream Red Shoe Diaries series. They have a lot more story to them and concentrate a lot more on how characters might interact through sex, as opposed to porn's more direct "see what's going where" attitude. The only Royalle video I ever saw was so relentlessly tame and politically correct that it was genuinely funny. But everyone to their own tastes. I wish some porn director would give us a real story where the sex was part of the story and we learned something about the characters through the sex. Just for a change. S.

  I have a DVD wish list that includes Andrew Blake's Decadence and have been using the excellent pricesearch here to watch out for bargains on it. A few weeks ago it go listed on pricesearch at $9.90 at Excalibur. Naturally I jumped at the chance and ordered it then and there. The next day I got email from them claiming that: "This DVD is no longer available. It has been discontinued by the manufacturer." A quick surf over to a few other online stores proved this to be completely untrue. After emailing in a URL to the Studio A webite showing Decadence available now, Excalibur emailed back saying they no longer carry Studio A titles. Anyhow - I'm sad that I couldn't get Decadence for $9.90 (ahh well , and I'm sadder that Excalibur would claim...

  Just wanted to add one more positive review for dvdovernight. I ordered Andrew Blake's "Aroused" from them on Sunday. It arrived on Thursday and was of course shrinkwrapped and in perfect condition. I had emailed them before it arrived since when I ordered it was listed as out of stock. Unfortunately they've been having server problems which delayed their response - but they did get back to me in reasonable time. One other plug - they have the lowest price I've found for the Studio A Andrew Blake DVDs (although they don't stock Pin-Ups 2 for some reason). It'd be nice if the pricesearch knew about this.... S.
