Like most things, this is all about the money. If the measure is passed it will become like Prop 65, the CA labeling law. There will be a group of lawyers who sue over every adult production to extract settlements. They'll "charge" 50% or so of what it would cost in legal fees to defend. Agree mostly with Drexl. It was funny, sad, and bizarre all at the same time. Where are you paying $65/hr for a lawyer? I'm sure your advice is sound, but I can't believe 90% of such a business is any different from any other small or web business, or from shooting an independent film, and there is a ton of free, reliable info out there. Here's what annoys me about this site: There seem to be a lot fewer orgy/group scenes with 3+ girls that come out now. (Outnumbered 5 . . . anyone . . . someday). I would LOVE to see some of these castings with guys that know what the F they are doing. How about even getting the girls for 2 scenes: one regular and one for whoever is into the average guy thing.
