  DVD Advantages email policy is a very simple one. We make every effort to remove customers from our email lists that wish to be removed. We offer several ways to be removed from our email lists. The primary method is to follow the directions at the bottom of every email we send. This method is automatic and permanent. (If the instructions were not followed correctly you would continue to receive emails.) We can also be reached via our toll free number (877-707-5662) to request your email address be removed from our lists.   Hi this is Jon from <link> We do ship via U.S.P.S. for APO's and P.O. boxes. (Flat rate of $6.25) The number one reason why we switched to UPS as our primary shipping method is very simple. Our customers were NOT getting their packages! Since USPS has no real means of tracking a package (Other than delivery confirmation, wich is totaly useless.) and the Post Office of losing about 2% of all our packages per month. We had no choice but to switch. This is costing us a lot more money. We now have to pay for boxes, when they were free using Priority Mail. Let's face it you want what you pay for and we want you to get it. When the Post Office loses your package, we have to pay to replace it. If we kept that up we would have had to raise our ...

  To answer your question: Now a question, will you be stocking volumes in some series that are missing? (To fill in the gaps?) That depends on what series. The older series (Lower numbers) most likely the answer is no. The reason for this is simple, they don't sell that much anymore. With over 120 new releases per week, it is getting very hard to keep stocking the older titles. I hope that answers your question.   Problems fixed !! I just wanted to let everyone know that we have fixed the following errors: 1. Speed. Our ISP had problems. The site is very fast !! 2. Reviews. All of the reviews should be appearing now. (Thanks ADT for the reviews) 3. We have added the abilitity to checkout WITHOUT having to create an account. 4. Issues with older versions of Netscape.   We are working on that very issue. In fact if you select the advanced option for setting up your account. We are asking people what emails (If any) they wish to receive. We should have a seperate gay emailing in about a week. Please give us your sugestions about the subject line. I don't think anyone wants their to be any mention of gay in the subject line?   We have discontinued that promotion for another promotion that gives both a percentage off your order and free dvd's Since we had past problems shipping internationally, we only ship via UPS Worldwide service. The cost is a flat amount because we use a one pound pack. You poay the same thing for 1 - 16 dvd's. Thanks Jon DvdAdvantage.Com P.S.
