  Hi thank you for your advise, unfortunately this title doesn't play correctly either on my PC. and i am still awaiting a yes or no answer from Tricia. I ll probably have to ripp my other DVDs (if they are still in working order) as well if exchange by EE is not possible, i do not know when i will have the time to do it though...

  Hello Tricia, Sorry if it is a kind of a topic revival(last post of this thread was 2007) . I have Face Dance Obsession that i bought from FiveStarDVD and it doesn't play anymore past chapter 26 (maybe due to layer change).In fact this problem occured a couple years ago but i didn't know what to do then. I don't have time to check all my evil angels titles now (too many titles)so i hope it is the only one damaged Since i have well over 200 titles from EA it would take me a lot of time to go through them and i am not even thinking about doing a backup...   Hi all First thanks for moving my post in the correct topic. Flash, I have checked the DVD ID code :DDVD1268 ID2185 L0 [blank] 212519. So yes it does,i will contact Tricia on MySpace???- and see if she can help me! Ninja1 : I have already tried it on several PC DVD players and on my new BD player and my "old" home DVD player(Never at work for obvious reasons thogh :) ). It hangs at the same moment-after chapter 27 and forth and i cannot access bonus scenes either.I checked again the surface,it does have some tiny scratches but none i think that should prevent it from playing. My DVD "Face Dance Obsession" doesn't play correctly anymore - after a few chapters, the film hangs either in my PC DVD or home DVD player - and yet it has no scratches on it! I have several evil angel titles and it is the only one who have this problem. I ordered it several years ago from fivestardvd.com, unfortunately, the first one was faulty since it had bubbles under the surface!!! and would not play at all .I sent it back to receive another one.This one played flawessly until a few years now ..
