  I think your pretty much right on, Xbox has net flix and don't forget the good old itunes. I doubt you'll be giving control to the cable company but the internet taking the control away from them. You have a lot of people using the internet for their phone service, with sights like Hulu and the right interface you're already there.   the nice part is everyone is setting themselves up for osha to came in and set some standards. once you start putting the performers on payroll and deducting taxes guess what they're an employe and osha owns you. seemed great when you could get away with shooting a movie and float their pay for a couple of weeks but for every upside there's a downside.
