  Before the pill or the condom I assume people still wanted to plan pregnancies. If I had lived then I would probably have chosen the rear entrance for all the times I didn't want to have a child. Still I have never heard such a recommendation as an alternative to the pill even if it must be safer from a health perspective. Why could that be?

Ninja, I agree, I don't want to see any abuse but just as I like my job and not always think about the money, I believe that there are plenty of talents who have chosen their profession because they are very sexual persons.
