  I've been trying to find this film, but the only problem I have, I don't know the title or any of the actors names! So I'm going to describe it, and hopefully someone will know what I'm describing. It's either 80s or 90s, but sure it's 90s. It's European, almost sure it's French but would hate to say. It's starts with a guy leaving home for work, as soon as he leaves his wife calls in 2 guys and they have a threesome in bed whilst he is gone. On his way to work, he has a car crash.
