  Not trying to be an ass, but I'm not on the West Coast, and no matter where I ship from as close as I am to your distribution center they should make it back sooner than the 6-10 day check-in (sometimes longer). I had an account with a company on the west coast previously, and I never waited over 4 days for a check-in most was done in 3. Thats completely across the US for me, and your a few states above me, and saying that it's normal for this. As far as upgrading the title availbility. I have had rentals in my queue that were new release's at the time they was added, and still can't get any of them. I noticed the only way I can get a new release is wait almost a year then it may be available. May I ask how many rentals per title do you ke...

  I'm on an 8x plan been with them a year or so. the DvD's arrive without delay within 2 to 3 days. I send them back usually the next business day, or same. I have did some tests with this I last week waited and shipped 8 back. To my suprise they was checked in one per day, or one every two days, and two is still out since the 27th and 29th. I constantly have this issue with them. I don't understand how USPS can be blamed for the delay if they always arrive to me within 2 to 3 business days without any delay. The delay seems to be on there end not on mine or USPS's end. I'm on the East Coast as well in SC. Also at the last week and half of every month they seem to start throttling my DvD's as if I breaking there barrier for rentals per acco...

  I to have started expirencing delays with Adult DvD Empire this month. First month was great, It took only 1 to 2 days to arrive. And always checked back in within 3 to 4 days after mailing them back in. So I figured it was going so great I upgraded my account to the four at a time deal. And soon as my second month started everything went to hell on shipping times. I thought maybe the I would get more than I did last month. So far since the 28th of last month. I have recieved only 2 DvD's. One was said to have been shipped 6 days ago still haven't seen it. The other two was shipped back about six days ago and hasn't been checked back in. Maybe USPS just had an increase in shipping due to the upcoming holidays not sure. I'm Not trying to p...

  I need some suggestions I had BushDvD about a year back. Everything was great, but I'm looking for which is my best option for turn around time. Bush dvd usually took around 3 days to arrive and 2 to 3 days to get back to them, and another 3 to get new flicks back to me. I see they added a rapid return, but you still have to wait two days before they send the other flicks out so that only saves us East Coasters really around 1 day. If I could drop them in the box, and click I returned, and they shipped new ones the same day I would join them again in a heartbeat. So what I would like to know how is Adult DvD Empires return, and shipemnt service for east coster's? I'm Just trying to figure which is my best option. Adult dvd empire offers a ...
