- bad experience with Action-DVD 5/10/2006 2:36:51 PM I have used Action-DVD in the past when I lived in Australia. I found their services and video selections to be above most others. I found their staff to be as helpful as they could be with product knowledge and shipping procedures. I find its best to have things shipped via UPS for the best tracking info. I noticed that when items come from the United States that it takes a very long time to get it sometimes taking several weeks in many cases. (Moms cookies were often stale )
