- No Screen Shots or box covers for TX! 8/12/2003 6:15 AM As a lawyer living in Texas, I am a little confused why ADE recently changed its policy regarding Texas. The Federal case in western Pa. does not directly involve Texas, and community standards in Dallas can't be too restrictive as there are tons of sexually oriented businesses here. Can somebody enlighten me and explain why Texas was put on the list. I find it hard to believe that the community standards here are more restrictive than the majority of the US. If ADE has to exclude Texas, then I'd think it would have more company on the list than it has. Jeff
