I agree there are plenty of unreliable sellers and the past five years or so I only purchase from buyers who I have had good experiences with. Alldelight is usually my go to seller and even if they have a price a dollar or two above the next I will still go with them.

    The situation was resolved thanks to Gary. This was my first ever problem with a buyer on the site because most people I have dealt with are reasonable and fair. This was the first time I required intervention from ADM. Initially I was disappointed that the situation wasn't resolved but Gary completely rectified the situation and I'm satisfied with the outcome. I have used ADM for at least 7 years to buy and sell and if this is the new way customer service is going to be handled I will remain a loyal customer.

    I was totally screwed by them as a seller. The customer who purchased the DVD's stated and in written words says both DVD's work and are functional and one case is broken. ADM then takes all the money from my sale and tells me there is nothing they can do. This makes no sense the buyer admits one DVD is fine and GETS BOTH REFUNDED! This offers zero protection to sellers. I contacted customer service and they refuse to put any of the money back in. I highly recommend NOT selling on their site because you basically will be sending DVD's away, pay all the shipping and then not get paid. Very disappointed and disturbed by this experience.     I agree they don't ever respond and I recently had them take money out of my seller account even though a buyer admitted they received both DVDs! That's right I sold the DVDs to a buyer and they then stole the money from my account! I tried e-mailing them and as usual they did not respond! I recommend not selling on the site at all and if you buy you better buy from somebody you trust or you may be SOL.

    Beware do not sell your DVDs on ADM! I have been a customer with them for over 5 years and are used to their slow and awful customer service so I only use a few select sellers who I know will not mess up my order. A few years ago I had a vender who would constantly mess up orders and I learned quickly that ADM will not help you resolve the issuein other words you are SOL. So fast forward to the present. I sold two DVDs to a customer who received the DVD's in perfect condition but the seller claimed that one of the cases was cracked. ADM ended up refunding all the money for both DVDs and taking it from my seller account. The buyer acknowledged both DVDs were fine. This is the type of customer service I am used to from them. Pathetic!

    That is what caught my attention. I saw they were selling stuff on my wish list but it looked too good to be true because nobody had that item. I will wait before I place an order with them because it looks very off.

    Anybody hear of this place Coastal Direct? They have a bunch of listings but something about them seems fishy. They are brand new so if anybody buys something from them feedback about the transaction would be appreciated.

    DVD Direct and Millenium Movies are good. I recently had a large order with them and one movie was backordered but they made me aware when I was sent my other movies. A lot of other sellers I noticed leave you hanging until you contact them. Alldelight DVD'sDirect Millenium SexyDVD's are all on my fave seller list

    I finally got my refund but it took a lot of e-mails and considering I placed the order on September 12 and now it is October 31 it seems kind of rediculous.

    I like how on the web site it says all DVD's are "guaranteed" but it seems like Filthy has burned a lot of customers who have used them. I can't wait to hear their next excuse for not giving me a refund that is if they even get back to me. I'm sure they love Filthy over there because they make a commision off of every DVD they sell whether it's shipped or not. That's probably why it's so hard for me to get a refund. Rediculous!

    I have used AdultDVDMarketplace for a while now and just found out their customer service is HORRIBLE! I have not received DVD's from surprise surprise Filthy and have filled out 7 customer service slips in the past week and a half. Only one has been answered and that was 5 days ago and after I replied to it I never got a response. What a freaking joke! It really pisses me off when I can't speak to person on the phone or even have live chat. By the way it's been about a month and a half since a ordered the DVD's,
