- New Store - Flixes 11/22/2005 8:38:22 PM I never received the dvd i ordered. I got two copies of the free crappy one that came with it, but not the one i actually paid for. They apparently do not respond to emails (multiple emails to be more exact) and you might as well not even try calling the 800 number or even the long distance number, because no matter what day/time you call, you won't get anyone to answer. In fact, their system will hang up on your. If you bought from them, I would suggest disputing the charge with your credit card company, and stay away from them in the future. I do recommend adultdvdclearance.com though. Never had a problem with them.
