  Just wanted to let everyone know, we have not had any problems for the last month in shipping to UK. Things seem to be returning to normal again! In addition, we seem to be very lucky in bypassing Customs, probably due to our method of packaging and shipping. Shipping to international destinations has always been a challenge for any US retailer because of two main issues. First, adult materials are not always accepted by Customs in some countries, and secondly, most express carriers, such as UPS and DHL prohibit the shipment of pornographic materials.   I would first like to address the Customer who published a post stating you can call the credit card company, and they will refund your money. While this maybe true, this is a very hurtful method of resolving a problem with an online business. The credit card company typically charges a fine, and each credit card dispute hurts the credit of that business. In all, if everyone were to resolve disputes this way, there were would be no online business left! I feel confident in stating that most online businesses would be more than happy to resolve a dispute with their customer, rather than force them to complain to their credit card company. Each customs officer makes a subjective decision on whether you will get your shipment or not. More times than not, some or all of the contents may be confiscated, and you may or may not be notified by Customs.   Last year, when we were experiencing confiscations, letters from customs would sometimes take 1-2 months. Lately though, customers may inspect a package, and let it go through, with a week delay.
