The key to removing mosaic censorship from Japan DVDs is an Olympia DV-9900 Super Processor Mark II. It is legal in Japan, but hard to find because the people who put the censorship in the first place do not want it made public knowledge that it can be removed. Hook up between DVD player and TV, flip a couple of switches and turn a dial, and the censorship fades away. Only sharing this info because I love Japanese women, Japanese DVDs, and I wanted to share the wealth. If you speak Japanese, you can buy from Japanese websites, but mine was a gift from a friend in Japan. I have seen it for sale on EBay a few times for $100+.

A friend in Japan sent me a special electronic box made in Japan built to defeat the mosaic censorship. It is an Olympia DV-9900 Super Processor Mark II. Hook it up between DVD player and TV, and you have to manually adjust a couple of switches and dial once per DVD. Every so often, I have seen them on EBay for $100+. My friend says there are other models available DV-007S DV-X100DX DV-2005DX Do not know if they are better, but the one I have is great.
