  At what point does watching porn become an addiction? Does it depend on how often one watches it? Does it depend on how often one thinks about it?

  I have a friend who no longer wants to be in the porn business. She has done videos, but now she wants to start a life outside of the business. She regrets having been in porn. I'm worried about her, and I have directed her to get counseling, but I thought someone out there could give me some advice to give her about how she can successfully make the transition out of porn. Thanks.
