You order a DVD that claims it is in stock, but your soon to find out that they are in fact out of stock. When you get a reply e-mail what do you like best. an offer to replace. an offer for a refund. an offer for either a replacement or refund. or would you like it more if they just administered a refund then sent a short e-mail that states that you refunded there order there piece was out of stock and sorry ???
