  Hi, I have to say that the systems invoked for after sales support is shocking, you buy a product and it doesn't give you "clear enough" details on what you are buying. I would have expected my purchase (in my scenario - to be read below) to be of an expected standard but sadly it is not. These guys just make the buck and then duck. Automatic responses for support is extremely poor after sales support. You buy a DVD which is fine because you know it will be a DVD but in adding to my particular topic of conversation I bought a "buy to download" option after which i was disappointed to learn that the file quality of the video is not even "in my opinion " the correct file size nor acceptable video bitrate for the...

  ^Hi, i was not able to message him privately as it told me he was ot accepting message at this time. Unsure as i am first time user on here. I am not trashing Sug@rDVD I am just saying i am unhappy with the file i downloaded and i was expecting more quality from what i downloaded and the feature is more than 120 minutes so a file size of 2 CDR does not really cut it for me. It's like watching Titanic on 2 CDRs its not the same as Titanic on a Dual Layer Disc. Silly example i guess. Anyways, no intention of trashing any reseller.   HI Jonni, not sure if you can help here, but i recently bought your Load Warriors 2 as a "buy to download" but it is so disappointing as the file format is not the usual DivX and the quality is not that great. My trouble is that you don't know what quality or video formats you actually get when you buy online as they never show this information pre sign up or even purchase. Its a big risk and especially when you are not paying with the US dollar. A little sad about it and perhaps a slight feeling of "ripped off" I can detail you in the on store i bought from if you wish to know, else i look forward to your opinion.
