  I for one will miss Christie. It would be good if some of the people who knock the adult industry and say it just exploits and demeans people read Christie's comments to see how much being in the industry has helped make her a stronger person, and better able do deal with people and situations, and by the sounds of it get her even closer to her family. Not everybody has a good time in the industry, and im sure even Christie might have had the odd bad experience, but we all get that in all jobs we do. And it does seem there are more positives than negatives about the industry lately. As after all porn is still just a job that pays the bills. Good luck and best wishes for the future Christie.

  I keep seeing the sentence "women have been given" used in various posts on this subject which to be quite honest does amaze me. We are all part of the human race no matter what sex, colour or nationality. We all deserve the same rights as the next person. To say "women have been given" makes it sound like we are the superior beings and they are lower life forms and us men have done them a favour.   I think it all comes down to people's attitude to death, everybody see's death in a different way. A lot of it depends on how the person died and what that person thought of the industry as a whole when they died. I personally cannot watch a porn scene with a dead star in it due a feeling of guilt, as in I am here getting enjoyment from someone who was taken from us at a young age and what could have been very distressing circumstances. For example a few stars have been killed in car crashes and they could have died a very painful lonely way, what would have been going thro there mind as they lay in a car knowing they are going to die. I somehow don't think it would have been them thinking, I hope people still jack off to me when i am go...

  Well i never thought i would see tennis and porn in the same conversation!! I have always belived that if a woman does the same job as a man she should get paid the same. I do a job that has always been male dominated, over the last 3 years woman have now started doing the job to, some like some men are no good, others have proved themselves more than capable therefore deserve the same pay. Within porn i buy a DVD to see the women not the men, i buy a DVD as it has a certain actress in it i like. In the film the women do the harder job as they my be taking on anything from 2 men to 10 or in some cases more, so therefore the women should get paid a lot, lot more then the men.   Bob, you think splitting it into 2 was bad, wait till you hear how much it was to buy when it first come out in the UK...69.00, which with the exchange rate at the time a few years ago would have been about $100.00. It sucks buying porn in the uk, it is so expensive. I can buy, for example, Chronicles of Narnia, a big expensive film just out on dvd for 12.99, yet a porn dvd brand new or even a few years old will still cost between 25-30. Thank god for the internet!

  I experiance exactly the same feeling as Icetrance and Gunth describe i just lose total intrest after cuming, if i am watching a dvd, no matter how hot or good it is, as soon as i have cum i want to turn it off, as i feel totally turned off to.   For me hearing them speak like that would put me off to, thankfully we live in a world of variety and different tastes. And as we all know different people are turned on by different things.   In reply to Eduardo questions(as i havn't worked out to copy the quotes in yet)i came across an interview with Maria about a year ago,purly by chance, i cannot remember what the site was as it was a link from another site i was on. All i can remember is that it was a non-commercial site by a guy who does reviews and interviews. I think the Lucy i was on about is spelt Luiclle, or something like that but it is pronounced Lucy, you must know her, red hair rather busty, and in my opinion very pretty.
