  I'll share a recent experience with Excalibur. February 17th of this year, I placed an order through Excalibur for Massive Facials 4, and paid a little extra for UPS 3-5 day. Their inventory status was that the movie was in transit to our warehouse, and usually ships within 1-3 days. 2/28 I sent them an email as my DVD had not arrived, and my order status was still listed as 'processing' after 7 business days.   Have to agree with all the Peter North praise here, and good call on that Nikki Anderson scene, Mr. Romo.
