Had a refund once because an item was no longer available. Used them a lot with no trouble and they are good value. You do get a lot of mail from them though, catalogues every few weeks through the door.

I had the wrong item delivered once and the company told me to keep it and sent a replacement the next day... so i got an extra bonus. Sometimes delivery takes quite along time. All items delivered from within the UK, so no customs problems. For the money you pay most discs are a bargain compared to the high street sex shop, Also some items you won't find on the high street are available.
