  I think clips4sale is a great idea. My fellow smoking fetishists and I have spent lots of money there over the years. I can't speak about the company ripping off the clients--I really hope that isn't an issue. But I expect you'll get some good returns there. You'll find that the SF crowd is very opinionated--everyone has their own little area of interest. So if you're open to suggestions and requests, you will definitely get them, lol. And Newport 100's = boner! I'd be grateful for any links you can find, and hope to see those new scenes for your site.
