  I just wanted to let everyone know that after I made my most recent post below, Justin from discount-adultdvds.com gave me a call to say how sorry he was for what had happened with my order in early April. We spoke for quite a while and we agreed that none of messages got to me because I had a spam filter turned on with yahoo mail. Being pretty experienced with computers I believe that's what happened with the communication breakdown. Of course, while I don't have time to browse through all the spam I receive, I can see why it filtered out a message from an adult website. He again advised me that I will be receiving a credit for the inconveinience that I had been through. Coming from the sales industry personally, that was the right way...

  Hey everybody... I just wanted to let you all know that I recieved my package from discount-adultdvds.com. Postmarked May 3, 2006. The same day I made my first post!!! I guess there's no way to tell if they were sent before my first post or sent because one of their employees read it. Between receiving the package and the willingness from Justin to give me a full refund for the trouble, I think I would feel comfortable using them again. The main reason I used them in the first place was because they had the best prices. I' sure after this incident, they will solve whatever issues they had with their communication with customers.   Justin, Thanks for you your response. I realize this response is legit because you say your name on your voicemail. I did leave a message for you today (friday 5/5). It's a shame that it took a negative posting on the forum to get a response because I have tried to contact you many times, as noted above. ( I did not exaggerate on the number of attempts) I would very much like to resolve this situation as quickly and easily as possible.   discount-adultdvds.com are a bunch of thieves!! The were listed on the where to shop link. The website looked professional to me. I placed an order 4/6/06. My credit card was charged, I never received my DVDs, I've left 3 phone messages and sent 6 e-mail messages. Not a soul contacted me and I have not received a refund. Do Not give them your business. If anyone has any suggestion on how to proceed, I would appreciate it. I disputed the charge on my credit card, but frankly, I would rather have the DVDs. Talk about annoying. Thanks!
