Let's hope so! I'm always surprised at how many months can elapse between shooting a scene and its release on DVD - in some cases it can be up to a year! I can't remember the first time I saw Mia on DVD, except that she was totally gorgeous! If she has retired, let's remember her early movies, maybe not with Woodman, but with Nacho and Ribas, when she was at her horniest!

I'm not too sure you could count Viv Thomas as an actual UK porn producer. I have seen quite a few of his more recent DVDs, which have all been excellent, but the performers all seem to be from Eastern Europe rather then from the UK! Plus ca change! As has been already said, most of the home-grown product is rather variable (I know I live here!) There aren't really any major companies as such, unlike the States. That's not to say that we can't produce good porn, but the talent soon heads for the US.

I totally agree with Wally. Kovi, in my opinion at least, doesn't make very good porn films. His choice at the editing stage is poor. You very rarely see any insertion shots at all - he usually just cuts straight to the fucking - very boring! In fact I would go as far as saying that Private itself has become rather boring of late - most of their recent films have been rather non-descript. I can't remember the last Private film I really enjoyed. But I could say that just as equally about some of John Leslie's recent work! I used to think his Fresh Meat & Voyeur series were excellent, but now they only hit the mark 50% of the time for me - maybe our tastes are changing?

Yes, KP7 does feature Nacho & Mia in the kitchen! And it is indeed a great scene. If you compare her performance in KP7 (from 2001) with most of her recent movies you can't fail to see the difference. The question is why? I have read that Mia isn't terribly easy to work with, although I don't know how true that is. Private Casting #27 is well worth watching if you are into Mia Stone. It offers an interesting insight into her character - again if it's true that is.

My favourite Mia Stone movies are: Blowjob Impossible (New Sensations) Hardcore Innocence 4 (Elegant Angel) Killer Pussy 7 (New Sensations) Sexx The Hard Way (New Sensations) Sex, Wives & Videotape (Viv Thomas) Yes, I agree that a large production company is no definite guarantee of quality. What I was really complaining about, I suppose, was how mediocre her recent movies have been by and large IMHO. In Campus Confessions 4, Hustler 5, Legal Skin 9 & 11 and Mr Beaver Checks In 16 the scenes are all very similar and lack something unlike a lot of her earlier work.
