It really looks like her, but she's got a bunch of new tattos and the old star across the stomach tattoo is missing on the new pics. Of course, she could have had new tattoos done, but it seems unlikely she'd remove an old tattoo considering the lengthy process involved. It'll be interesting to see if any new vids surface of her looking skinny and minus a tattoo she previously had.
