  It was an unconstitutional act to imprison Max. His rights were violated. They might not have used the appropriate set of laws to nail the guy. But only because "obscenity" is such a vague term. They did know what they were getting themselves into. If not they shouldn't be in porn. I think your saying that if they don't have the brains to see that Max is over their head then doing porn in general is going to be over their head. I agree.   Well, not very many people are objecting to it in the industry, and its popularity is taken for granted in the popular culture. The AVN starlets are usually very young. I don't think that it's even thought of as a fetish. But if there is an objection to it, it stems from questions about their ability to make reasonable decisions that have a life long impact at such an early age.

  Consider that Neesa filed a police report about Max Hardcore. She says that 12 separate police reports have been filed against him. I do not know what evidence she has to substantiate that claim, though. It does provide evidence that undermines the claim that if Ivy filed a police and nothing was done about it that it means that nothing happened. Because if it is true that their were 12 police reports against Max Hardcore then it means that something was happening despite the fact that Max wasn't ever formally charged with the crime of sexual assault.
