  Hi Chris I have had exactly the same issue and, like you, got the same response that basically there was nothing they could do. I still think that Blazers is a decent site and good value for money but its frankly not good enough to have scenes on there which can't be downloaded. Its only when you subscribe that you become aware of this. Are there are any technical solutions to this that peel are aware of?
