- DVDADVANTAGE - stop praising 9/28/2001 1:14 PM I placed an order with DVDadvantage for the first time over two weeks ago and I still have not received my stuff yet. I e-mailed them a week ago to see what was going on and got a response that my order was "lost" and would be re-shipped. Since I didn't get a tracking number I still don't know if it was lost in the mail or just their system, either way I still don't have my dvd's. I would also like to add that I placed two orders that day, one at dvdadvantage and one at fivestar. I received the one from fivestar 3 days later. I don't know about you but I would rather pay a couple bucks extra and be able to check the status of my order online and know that it will ship out fast instead of having to wonder what happened to my stuff.
