  I'm fairly certain quite a few European countries do not forbid it per se, for instance France and Spain, but I've heard there are serious penalties for such in Germany. The funniest one is Italy where it is legal as long as it does not stir up some kind of public scandal.

  Francesca Palma Allegedly shot a few films with her mom just recently, released through legalporno. Other than that, I just recently came across a video, "Beurettes, mre et fille" which really do seem to host a mother and daughter (Based on pretty striking resemblance, but who knows), though I was unable to find anything on the actresses nor the director, Philippe Cochon.
