UPDATE. I uploaded a web page telling people about my experience with this company. I have also contacted their promoters such as google and other well known serach engines. I then emailed them to tell them the steps I have taken to fix them and finally after an month and countless ignored emails, they have agreed to issue me with a refund for the DVD's I did not receive. Anyway I have done a lot of damage to them now so I am happy. Most of the search engines I emailed have agreed to take their link off and through forums like this, I will have dramatically reduced their customer pool. Sorry about that. I just wanted everyone to see it. Will not make the mistake again and will post in the most approriate forum on the next occassion. Hope I did not cause Mod too much trouble removing all my posts. Update. After telling AdultDVDSite what I was doing in posting that info on Forums and I also created a web page myself and posted it on it, using the same serach criteria as AdultDVDsite use, I got an email telling me that my credit card had been refunded. Pity I had to go this far though to make this company get the point.

I recently made purchase of a number of Dvd's from http://www.AdultDVDSite.co.uk. I had an absolutely terrible experience with these guys.Firstly as I know now, they are not actually located in the UK but in Le Mans in France. I made an order for 6 DVD's. Half the DVD's took three weeks to arrive and the other half did not arrive at all. I kept on emailing them asking about the Order Status and they replied with one line comments such as "They are on their way". One of the DVD's never arrived and my house and the other one was never sent according to them. When I requested a refund they told me that they will not be refunding me for the one they sent.
