  Loving the replies here especially bella's journey and how he still deeply cares about his collection even after a faceoff with death. Love that spirit. Physical media is ofc the epitome of collection but I have been using cloud storages as backups and so far it has been good.It's a good option to look into as far as privacy matters the bad thing is it can get quite expensive when the collection gets huge. Some of the cloud storage providers run lifetime subscriptions too.
