  From seeing her interview with Manuel a couple of days ago before they shot a scene, I have no doubt that Gabbie has what it takes to make it big in the industry for however long she chooses. I do see one thing that personally kind of breaks the mood for me. For me, the large tattoos under her knees are highly distracting. I know that is a personal hangup and many if not most people won't even notice them in relation to Gabbie's amazingly beautiful assets elsewhere. Here's hoping that I'm the only one with that particular hangup and everyone else can fully enjoy the massive amounts of quality Gabbie content that is coming down the pipeline soon.

  The reports are accurate. It is just that both sides are trying to spin this as a victory when it is really more of a mutual defeat. The NDA was written and paid for to keep Daniels from talking. Daniels talked, kept the money anyways, and then sued Trump in order to keep the money on the grounds that the NDA wasn't valid. The judge dismissed the suit and ordered Daniels to return the money and to pay for Trump's legal costs. Daniels lost the suit and now needs to pay back the money. Trump, however, loses as well because the court has now officially ruled that the punishment for breaking the NDA is just the return of the hush money plus legal fees (well below the terms as laid out in the NDA itself).

You can say that there are sexual harassment laws but they do not specifically state that sex with a person of your employ is illegal. It is the use of your power over the other individual to demand sex that they would not do otherwise that is the crime. In non-sexwork fields, it makes perfect sense to write HR policies that prohibit relations between employers and employees because sex is not a part of the job. In porn, sex is integrated into the business.   I think it is extremely idealistic to say that the adult film industry should follow the same sex in the workplace policies that exist in the non-sex work world. What does that do to director/actors? The industry as it is right now has very small profit margins. It would totally destroy the industry to require that every director not be actors in their film. What about all of the single scene content trade stuff that helps many actors keep the lights on? All that is really going to do is make sure that only the biggest companies survive while the struggling producers and actors that rely on self-produced content get weeded out by regulation. It still won't end the fact that there will always be bad people that do bad things.

  People should be punished for crimes based on facts and evidence. People should not be punished for non-crimes just because you don't like their behavior. People should not be punished on hearsay without evidence just because you think that one side's words sound more believable than the other side's. Right now, we still have a "he said, she said" case with apparently very little evidence beyond that except the text messages and tweets. From that, I don't see any reason why anyone should be punished right now. Still, it appears that Alan has been forced out of his livelyhood while Lily continues to work.
