  I woke up to this on Facebook this morning, as well. Very sad. Around when I first began reviewing for ADT (11 years ago), Howard put up a notice here looking for people willing to review Vivid's product. I volunteered, having liked what they'd put out since I started watching porn in the mid-90's, and I ended up reviewing their stuff from that time through a bit past his leaving the company to start Exile. I reviewed some of the early titles that Exile distributed, as well, and it was Howard who hooked me up with a brief--due to Penthouse stopping their DVD line at the time--stint as the reviewer for Penthouse magazine. He distributed their discs at that point, as well. During this time and after, I've interacted with him fairly freque...

  It was actually a few pages of a magazine pictorial that my mom's friend sent her and that I absconded with -- Christy Canyon and Bunny Bleu... (but to the more explicit parts than that below...) <image> If we're talking about an actual film, it could be any of the actresses in "Love Lies" (1988) -- Alicia Monet, Megan Leigh, Shanna McCullough, and/or Lisa Bright. Alicia Monet stood out to me the most, however.   ^In the interview with George McDonald, for example, he describes this situation happening for his first (I believe) film for the Mitchell Brothers at their O'Farrell Theatre in San Fran in the 1970's. Basically, George McDonald was called in to sub in for the guy (who was apparently some old Hollywood actor from the 40's) and screw his girl b/c they knew that the guy couldn't get it up on film. He details the tense interaction a bit and talks about the guy and his later friendship with him for a few minutes. That part starts around 26 minutes into the podcast. <link>
