  For the above queries regarding record keeping. The U.S. law is found in Title 28 part 75 of the Code of Federal [ invalid url ] to address Internet porn. As Shagdog noted, the 6th Circuit recently struck down the existing 2257 regulations. The last time the DOJ was handed an adverse decision on 2257 litigation, they simply went to Congress and asked for new laws, which became part of the Adam Walsh Act.   @Laurie Cameron Fan I removed the direct link and left the url. The site is owned and administered by IMCO (Seventeen) in the Netherlands, another player in the CC puzzle. So my feeling is they have ultimate responsibility over the site. But I understand your concerns. @caroline-NL Don't know if it was FBI or not. The U.S. has several departments and components that investigate cp, in addition to the task forces and state law enforcement. The feds thrive on numbers, so little fish are more important to them from a resource, legislative and fear-mongering perspective.

Maybe Vicom was in the running and lost out, or had some other issues. It's all pretty confusing, which is ironic since CC was (minus the CP) engaging in a legal enterprise.   Shagdog: the vote was 7-2, but O'Connor and Thomas qualified their consent, so it's more like 5-4. Here's a <link> which breaks the opinion down.
