Aw, Karloff, why did you have to bump this thread? Now you've gone and set me off again. Because I need to see her face and the "action" in the same shot to get anything out of porn, I've had to settle mostly for POV BJ flicks. With the possible exception of Mike Quasar (who doesn't shoot enough straight-ahead, one-on-one, B/G fucking to suit me), regular-sex scenes -- even in POV titles -- are at least 90% partial-body close ups and pans, or shot with the skewed or weird angles cited above. If there are titles featuring mostly squared-up (upright), full-body shot angles out there, I can't find them.
