Their answer came fast explaining: " we are registered overseas in order to avoid VAT and use an address in the Netherlands to do our fulfillment, it is save for shipping unlike Germany. We have been operating since April and only once a parcel was stopped, however only been opened and re-directed to the end-user. We like everyone to benefit an excellent price on XXX DVD's.
