  Vivid, while still be softer and more "mainstream" than most companies these days, have come a long way in the past few years in distributing more hardcore films.   From my understanding (and every girl I've been with have been taking the pill) all it is known to do is regulate periods to a normal time each month, not stop it. There is a form of birth control pill that causes a woman to only have a period 3-4 times a year, but only a select amount of women are able to take it because of various reasons. As far as a girl getting pregnant during porn scenes i'm sure it has happened, it's hard to believe it never has, because nothing is 100% preventative.
