  Some sites use this tactics, I mean some of them mention that they have thousands of titles in stock, but in many cases it`s not true... Sad but true :( But anyway they can`t just ignore you if you already payed for the DVDs... You can always request for chargeback and this is not good for any online shop... Try to send them one more request about your order and mention if you will not receive any reply from them this time, you will have to solve the problem by yourself... Usually client is always right.. it`s just a matter of time. But if you already wait for more then 4 weeks... it`s too much.
