  SlipperySam- When did this mishap with your order happen? Please note, we closed shop in the end of 07; and do not currently ship internationally for the new website. Unfortunately, I did not handle customer service the last year as I was doing all shipping/receiving and data entry at that time. If you did have such an error and didn't receive an email back I would hope that you made a chargeback via your card for that order.   Slippery Sam- Greetings, did you in the past have a problem with fivestardvd.com that was not fixed? As stated, I worked from 2000-07 with the prior fivestar and am now shipping/receiving for the current fivestardvd.com. If you had problems with the service prior I do apoligize; we are currently not shipping overseas but will restore international delivery as soon as we get the service as close to perfect as humanly possible. In the past, we never hesitated to resend an order if a wrong title was shipped, international or otherwise. I know, as I shipped and did customer service for the website for over 7 years.   empire and adultdvdnow have got to be the top dawgs. and your going to have top customer service with both. if a company can't get back to you within 24 business hours, you have to assume that something is going on behind the scenes of that company and that either they are- a) understaffed/overworked or b) they don't take the customers' as a number one priority either way, its the customer that drives a website and as such you should only expect the best service when you order. the fact that both adultdvdnow and adultdvdempire have both been selling online for sooooo long should be ample reason enough to feel more than comfortable ordering with them; whether internationally or locally. and if you do a search for these stores in terms of t...

  At some point you have to weigh the options and realize when a mainstream company such as amazon starts doing adult retailing, it will NOT pay off in the long run. Supporting the beast we know as amazon only takes away business from true companies who support the adult industry. Imagine this scenario, amazon starts selling adult dvds because they already see the profit in the toys. And this WILL MOST DEFINITELY put out of business a ton of adult merchandisers who cannot compete with walmart-a-amazon. And then amazon, being such a public company, makes the inevitable restictions on what they carry so that it doesnt hurt there 'regular' business. Yeah, new companies will come back, but the old companies who folded who provided good service...

  ogv did his older stuff, and I have seen stuff also from lbo. sunshine could not secure rodneymoores old titles from the now defunct OGV because it appears that rodney wants the rights to em (and rightfully so.) All his new releases, (which I think blow his old stuff away) is from Exquisite and available everywhere. Thats what I can surmount from the avn article and my own small knowledge of rodney.   I'm a big fan of Rodney, even though I just canceled membership at his website. Aside from the We Swallow, Blastrovan, Googirls, scalebustin, and hairyhorny girl titles being available at every online website (sold by exquisite studios,) you will be hard pressed to find the OGV titles such as Cumm Sistas, etc. I have seen some of the Pussyfest of The Northwest series on dvd, and the I swallow discs are sometimes available at mom n pop stores in my town.
