  At first Hi to all readers, You maybe noticed, I did not much writings at this forum, sorry for that. But now a customer from us did let me know about this topic and he knows that we always answer all emails and advised me to respond. He was right, this is too important and so I like to ask sir wankalot to email me directly at aline@erovideo.nl and I am sure we will solve this issue. We do not make expensive advertisements but we think our power is low prices and good customer service. We had some problems in the past with our stock but now I can say that 99% of all titels listed at our website are in. (we have the biggest dvd warehouse in the Netherlands) We can send directly because our office is open 7 days a week!!!(even on Sunday) S...

  At first I want to thank JMO for the email about this topic. After a very busy time, I found some time to respond to this topic. And I want to make it clear that erovideo.org is NOT a part of our company. We have only two sites erovideo.nl and erodvd.nl. Then I have to ask Rodney; are you sure you did order many times at erodvd.org??? I think you make a misstake, it was erodvd.nl ;-)) I do not know anything about erodvd.org so I can not say if they are bad or good. I only know erodvd.com they are friends from us and they own two dutch labels SHIVA and Night Trips. They are very kind people and if you want their dvd`s you can order them at their site but it`s also possible to order them at our site. I know we do not have them all listed but ...

  No sorry that`s not the answer; Buy in Paris. You must be sure you deal with a Tax registered shop. They pay there taxes in there own country so you be never suprised about tax payments. We pay 19% tax on all goods in the Netherlands so you can be sure you NEVER have to pay tax in your own country. Just to let you know. Kind regards, Aline.

  Hi all, Of course I read sometimes this forums also. As most of you know we do internetsales for 7 years now. Many people ask first before they order by mail who we are and where we are located before they order.Now I see this site dvddiscount.tv with low GGG prices. We buy our DVD direct from GGG so I am sure you can not sell them for $19.95. We lowered our price for GGG but have to ask 27.50 euro for them. So I think, they sell stolen DVD or duplicated DVD`s. They can do so because you do not know who they are and where they are located.That story about VAT is bullshit. I think you have to be carefull with them because some day they are gone and you lose your money. Hopefully for those customers who ordered I am wrong but I can promisse ...

  Nice to read how you think about our way of delivery. We send always a confirmation that we send without boxes but that`s an standard answer. We can send the way you prever, no problem. Just send us an email after you have ordered which contents the way of shipping you prever. Specially for Private boxes because they have sometimes double layers and the size is different.I can imagen you would like to have them also. Sorry about my english writing but I hope that I have given the answer you need. We all the best we can to avoid custom checks but if they confiscate your order(that chance is very low at the moment) contact us again then we will send again for free.
