  What about the possibility of having a link to an image found on another site. It could be a popup of the image. Technically, you would not be hosting images. I know I would be willing to host images for you. eric32

  Dag, Let's review. You ordered one title that Bizarre sent us in DVD format versus VHS and we could not get the title in the correct format. You asked on the status of 2 other items and I offered to get these items and I would email you once they arrived. I decided to not run a charge since you have implied that I lied to you from the start. As I mentioned in my email to you, I watched the 2 titles go out the door. This was before we decided to close shop. Hopefully, the shipment gets sent back to us or to you and we can try shipping it back out. I think it has been over 4 weeks since the ship date. It's rather unfortunate for you and me since you have emailed me over 17 times not to mention the 3 threads you have started on this forum....

  Yes guys, We are going out of business. I fly back to Canada tomorrow leaving the guys to continue shipping product and I will continue to handle refunds. We will be honoring all of our affiliate commitments as well as to our customers. The products listed on the site are over stock items or items that customers ordered and we had refunded prior to receiving product. That means the 300 or so titles listed on the site are in stock and all new products straight from manufacturer. I marked everything 10 bucks regardless of value. As items now listed are in stock we have been doing same day shipping in most cases or next day. I suspect the sale will continue thru part of next week. With any orders tonight, I will pack them and pay postage lea...

  Hi AstroKnight, I was wondering if you received an email confirmation of the order immediately after the time of purchase. Shipping confirmations are sent out via a script that runs every night at 1 AM. It takes customer emails with ship dates for the day prior and emails them more or less a version of the online tracking page. Some of the problem is domain filters such as AOL where an email ends up in junk mail or undelivered. I also suspect some email is unnoticed because we use the domain amn-corp.com versus adultmedianetwork.net. This is again due to filters that sometimes filter out emails with domains that have "adult" in the domain.   Hi guys, you all are right on most counts. We are very new and we have been slow on some of the studio items. Our top priority is get turnaround time down. To accomplish that we have started delisting more and more product when we know it is hard to get in reasonable time. We will also be introducing a system makes certain products as "special order" which would mean a longer shipping time. As far as customer support, MyDoom really got us good and just got things in order 2 days ago. Our emails had been bouncing like crazy and it is very frustrating to get repeat emails from customers who are understandably upset.
