  Just a quick response from us at DVDO. All rentals placed before 4pm est Mon-Fri are always shipped the same day via US Postal Service First Class mail. Orders usually take between 2-4 days to arrive and on rare ocassion (as appears with these 2 posts) can take a bit longer. Should anyone ever incur a delay, we will always extend rental return dates so that customers will always have a full seven days to hold on to their rentals.   Just a quick response from us at DVDO in case anyone's interested. When a rental order is place Mon-Fri before 4pm est, it is shipped that same day via First Class mail. On rare ocassion, orders can be delayed in transit as appears to this customer above. On average, orders will take between 2-4 days. Should anyone ever experience any delays we always go out of our way to make sure that their rental period is extended so they'll never have to feel rushed by return deadlines or late fees. Sorry for the delay this person experienced above, we work hard at always sticking to our same day shipping on all rentals even if the postal service can slow things up on rare ocassion. - Chris, Customer Service Manager, DVDOvernight.com

  Just a quick clarification from the horses mouth: We at DVDOvernight.com will never sell a used DVD to a customer and try to pass it off as new. Our online rental fullfillment is a handled from a completely different inventory from that of sales. This unfortunate claim from another site is completely false and unfair. Those who have purchased a title in the past from us can attest to this. We stand behind every DVD sold and are always happy to take care of each and every customer should they ever have a problem or question.
