- AdultDVDexplorer ? 8/2/2004 1:10 PM To follow up on our last reply.... we just got a reply to our inquiry from Vivid. It appears the DVD release date is going to be August 19th. Still they say that it's in stock. Usually, even for an international order, if an item is in stock it usually ships 3 to 7 days after the order. Otherwise, they mention "back order". Incidentally, that's one of the rare sites that carries this title on DVD. It's available everywhere else, but on VHS. Is this delay normal ?
- AdultDVDexplorer ? 8/2/2004 11:54 AM Hi "Vodka Tonic" Thank you for shopping with us. "Taya's Tales" has not yet been released. Vivid pushed the release date back some time ago, and do not yet have a new release date. - What's up with DVD Explorer Lately?? 7/24/2002 9:29 PM Hi "BJS" I did read the thread posted by Drew and if you will read my respond to "astroknight" I have mention the fact that the reason way we are no longer participating in ADT's affiliate program was due to a "... to a business, and technology decision....". While we are on the subject we did dropped an e-mail, on April 3rd 2002, to ADT in regards to their affiliate program. And yes we do "respect dearly" their affiliate program otherwise we would have never initiate an e-mail back on April 2002. As to the "30 minutes"..... it was a technology issue which is not longer an issue. Than there was another issue. In the thread that you mentioned above, we were accused about bad mouth ADTs sit...
- What's up with DVD Explorer Lately?? 7/24/2002 2:41 PM "astroknight" I am speechless, you know nothing about us and the affiliate situation with ADT, which we respect dearly, and yet you are jumping into conclusions and BAD MOUTHING a company. Than you are chewing one of your members because you had a bad "hair day" and I didn't see you even posting an apology (we are human being after all and occasionally we are make mistakes, posting in the wrong section that is). Listen...I am dropping out this post... its a joke. Best Regards and yes if in the future you decide to give us another chance I will be more than glad to see that you are getting the proper service. - What's up with DVD Explorer Lately?? 7/24/2002 1:48 PM Dear "astroknight" If its ok with you we feel the opposite. In regards to you being a "moderator".... you can show some courtesy to your members (Mr. Hand) and explain them the polices rather than "chewing their butt". In regards to ADT and us being omitted from the affiliate program at ADT..... This matter was due to a business, and technology decision, and I can assure you that it was not due to our customer service. Also, as I recall, I don't RECALL seeing/hearing you at that time...!!! Best Regards E-

- Explorer, where is my service? 5/21/2001 12:34 PM Dear "Rojo," If it's ok with you...we feel the opposite (about our service). While handling hundreds of orders per day, occationally, yes, we would have errors in processing orders, which can easily be rectified if we are being contacted promptly. So PLEASE call us so we can help you. Our toll free number is 1-877-938-3999. Thank you. Regards, DVD Explorer quote: Avoid dvdexplorer. Worst customer service of all the dvd sites I have dealt with. They promised to make good on a defective dvd from 1999! Almost 2 years later, nothing. I've e-mailed them 3-4 times and they do not respond. When I posted my problem on this forum in March[2001] I did get a response, and James from dvdexplorer promised to replace the disc. Well here it i...

In regards to the "junk mail" you have experienced, we can assure you that we are not the source. Best Regards, James DVD Explorer quote: Several months ago I ordered Shane's Tropical Paradise for some friends a a gift. They never received it. Several weeks ago I emailed Adult DVD Explorer about the problem. Nobody bothered to get back to me. That is not good business. Believe me, I am fair and would have rather had a response than to post this message, but the final outcome is that you get negative advertising. Make it right and I will let others know. And another thing. After I sent my email to you I st...
- Returning Damaged DVDS 4/13/2001 12:10 PM Adult DVD Explorer listens!!! Although we cannot help the fact that some dvds are defective, we can do something about unfair return policies. Our policy for returning defective merchandise is simply: Call us, tell us the title of the defective dvd. We will send out a replacement dvd AND a postage-paid return envelope. Once you receive your replacement and return envelope, slip in the defective merchandise and send it back to us. We know that paying extra shipping for returning a product that doesn't work is ludicrous. Adult DVD Explorer wants happy customers, not angry ones. If you've had problems elsewhere, come see us. What the heck, visit us whether you've had problems elsewhere or not!! We look forward to serving you!

- Bad experience with DVD Explorer 2/9/2000 11:30 AM Dear Sir, Our policies are designed to be simple and fair to the customer. International Priority Mail (US Air Mail) service is NOT guaranteed.
